Whether you are warming up before a surf session or winding down after a full day on the waves, our daily yoga classes are the perfect complement to life at WaveHouse. Each 1 hour session is designed with surfers in mind, focusing on flexibility, core strength, and balance to help you perform better in the water and recover faster out of it. Classes run every evening from 5pm to 6pm in a calm, open air space where you can stretch, breathe, and reset. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. The sessions blend traditional Balinese wellness with modern surf recovery techniques, giving your body exactly what it needs after paddling through Bali's legendary breaks.
